Lets be honest with ourselves folks . . . the "spin" that has come out since the end of December points to one cruel reality.

Current shareholders will soon be replaced with new shareholders. The prepackaged bankruptcy plan drafted by Carson Kurtzman in NOVEMBER will soon be filed. All the signs are pointing in that direction . . . lets take off the blinders and take action.

It would be nice to fantasize about someday breaking even due to a natural rise in the stock price but as painful as this is to say . . . current shareholders will NOT be along for that ride.

This has been a well-orchestrated criminal endeavor since Mel Karmazin first COLLUDED with XM executives several years ago.

We will get no help from the SEC, that we can be sure of.

Litigation is a MUST at this point.
