Sirius Shareholders Fight Back 

 
I  have received  hundreds of emails from families across the country that are losing everything: from people who have invested their retirement, and  some their life savings, in  a company and management that they trusted.

One of you wrote and said: “I expect to win and lose in a fair game. I will never recoup this money because I am a paraplegic, handicapped and confined to a bed with complications. I can not go back to work. This deception is going to cause me to be shut-in to a nursing home. I will probably live the rest of my life in a nursing home remembering how Mel screwed me out of the financial independence that I needed to keep my living independence. I would like to also remember trying to fight back.”

I love the first line he wrote about playing in a fair game. Unfortunately, we were all their “fair game”. I also love the last line of wanting to fight back.   He says it all.

I know that Sirius will attempt to blame a lot of what has happened and what will happen, on the state of the economy.  Everyone acts as though this horrible economy fell out of the sky, but who has caused the economy to get where it is? Honest, hard working people? I think not. It was people like the CEOs at Sirius. Greed, corruption, lies, etc., taking all that they could take from the shareholders. It was they and people like them that put us here. So why does it happen? We let it happen by sitting back and doing nothing.

It’s time to take back our Company.   It’s time to get a backbone.   I have been asked by my family to give up this fight.   My answer to  them  has been “If everyone gives up,  we  lose.  If no one stands up for justice we will have none.” 

  
Together we do form an Army and I thank all of you that are standing up to fight.
